When you submit the enquiry or application form, your details (e.g. name, email, phone, occasion, date, venue, number of guests, wishes) are forwarded to Rossini Catering via the form service of the agency that manages this website — by email and as a message. We use them only to process your enquiry or application and to reply to you.

The legal basis is your consent when submitting, or steps taken prior to entering into a contract or an employment relationship.

If you write to us or call us directly, we process your details in order to reply. The WhatsApp link opens the WhatsApp service (Meta); its privacy policy applies there.

When you access the site, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time, page requested, browser) in order to deliver and secure the website.

For simple visitor statistics, the page address, the referring page and, where applicable, a campaign identifier are transmitted with each page view; country and city are roughly derived on the server. No cookies are set and no profiles are created. If “Do Not Track” is enabled in your browser, nothing is counted.

This website sets no cookies. If you save dishes from the sample menu, this list is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and is transmitted only with your enquiry. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

The contact page embeds a map from OpenStreetMap. When the map loads, your IP address is transmitted to the OpenStreetMap Foundation. The links to Google Maps lead to Google; its terms apply there.

The fonts are served by this website itself. No connection to Google is made for this.

You may at any time request information about the data stored about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. To do so, write to contact@rossini-gusto.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority (for visitors from the EU, Art. 77 GDPR).

We store your details only for as long as is necessary for processing or required by law.
